HOW LONG DOES DISPATCH TAKE?

Orders placed before 1pm (AEST) business days excluding public holidays will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day. You will receive a shipping notification once it’s on the way.

TRACKING YOUR ITEM

Once a tracking number has been issued, it is the responsibility of the customer to track their delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES AND CONDITIONS

Please allow between 2-5 business days for delivery depending on your location. Advanced Laser Clinic takes no responsibility for lost or damaged deliveries by Australia Post. Should an item be returned to us, re-postage fees may apply. We would like to thank you for your patience and ongoing support.

PRODUCT RETURNS

If you change your mind about a product, you may return it unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

 

Our return policy is designed to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. All product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and products must be returned in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging, tags, labels, etc. in order to be eligible for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Follow the steps below to return a product:

1) Make sure that the product is unopened, undamaged and in the original perfect condition
2) Make use that the product is within the 30 days of purchase

3) Fill in the returns request form

4) Wait for approval (5-7 days)

5) Once approved, post the unopened and undamaged product in a padded bag to the following address:

Please note: given the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges where you have opened and changed your mind about a product.

 

ALLERGIC REACTIONS

In the rare instance you have had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction, send it to us and discontinue use immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us and a full refund will be given in this case. Follow the steps above before returning the product.

EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All returned items must be unopened and unused, with packaging undamaged for retail sale.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund to your account.
