Fotana4D is a range of trusted synergistic and non-invasive laser treatments of exterior facial and interior oral cavity. This includes increasing volume without injectables, enabling full-thickness of collagen.  With two laser wavelengths (Er. YAG and Nd: YAG) and for treatment methods, anti-aging is completely approached from four levels such as medical and superficial connective structure of the skin, working on deeper, and targeting imperfections.

The four "dimensions" of Fotona 4D® refer to four distinct treatments with Fotona’s SP Dynamis system: SmoothLiftinTM, FRAC3®, PIANO® and SupErficial, all harnessed in concert to combat facial aging, with little or no downtime or anesthesia.

Fotona4D® = 4 Dimensions = 4 Steps

Fotona4D uses 4 dimensions of modes to rejuvenate and tighten the skin from the inside out.

1D Step 1: SmoothLiftin™

This revolutionary non-ablative Er: YAG intraoral treatment for controlled and mild “bulk-heating” to stimulate collagen reduction. The effects deliver optimal result in an overall improvement of elasticity and tightness in the treated tissue and plumping effect to the nasolabial folds, also known as filler.

2D Step 2: FRAC3®

The PIANO pulse is a second regime mode that includes brushing technique for delivering a complete thickness and overall synergistic tightening effect.

4D Step 4: SupErficial™

A light cold Er: YAG ablation provides a pearl-like finishing to the skin. This mode additionally improves the look and texture of the skin by reducing imperfections using VSP technology. This allows extreme controlled peel without thermal effects and ensures precise treatment.

  • Peels off sun damage effectively

  • Polishes the skin for a smoother finish

Prior to Treatment

Every person wishing to be treated at Advanced Laser Clinic will require a consultation with our Laser Consultant prior to their first treatment.

At this appointment, we welcome all questions to advance your understanding of the treatment. There will be a consultation form to be completed about your health and medications to assess your eligibility for treatment.

It is important to run a patch test on the skin to make sure that the settings are safe and suitable for your skin. If there are no reactions 24 hours after your patch test, we can commence your laser treatment.

Before laser therapy, it is very important that you keep your treated area away from sun exposure. Your skin needs to be protected from the sun for a minimum of two weeks before any treatment commences. It is important for pre and post treatment. The lasers work on delivering a specific temperature at a certain depth in the tissue to produce the desired results. This is the end point that can be aggravated if or when exposed to sun causing unwanted adverse effects on the skin.
